After removal of the upper parts(casing, bearing) the rotor is completely accessible and can be taken away without removing the pipings, because suction and discharge branches are at lower casing parts. This self-priming pump has a high suction capability (even at low speed) and can easily prime the suction pipe. And can be installed above the liquid level on the suction side.
